One year into the life of $MART — the original Edumeme and InfraMeme on what is now the TX Network — we write with the measured perspective of those building permanent infrastructure for a new financial era.
Global capital markets continue their migration toward on-chain representation of real-world assets. Compliance, settlement finality, programmable rights, and ISO 20022 messaging standards are becoming operational requirements. TX — forged through the unification of Coreum and Sologenic — positions itself as an operating system purpose-built for this transition. Yet infrastructure alone does not produce adoption. Understanding and cultural permission do. That is the problem $MART was created to solve.
Founding Design
$MART launched on 3rd August 2025 as a native asset. Design choices were non-negotiable:
- Fixed supply of 10,000,000 tokens
- 100% circulating from day one
- Zero team allocation
- Zero venture pre-mines or inflationary mechanisms
- Pure community ownership enforced by launch mechanics
These were on-chain facts, not marketing claims. Early liquidity formation exceeded 100,000 COREUM/TX on Cruise Control. The token integrated Smart Token technology at the protocol level — programmable compliance features without conventional smart-contract friction for base functions.
Utility & Integration
Cruise Control V2 enabled native lending, borrowing, and collateralization using $MART. Liquidity providers received structured incentives while earning the majority of swap fees. The June 2026 launch of the TX Super App marked a structural milestone — $MART is natively swappable inside the Super App, making onboarding seamless for new users entering the TX ecosystem. Cross-chain work on XRPL bridging and liquidity expansion continues. $MART has also achieved meaningful parity with core TX ecosystem metrics as a community cultural layer.
Credibility & Education
$MART became the first Coreum/TX project — and the first Edumeme — to receive a dedicated Grokipedia-verified page. The project lead became the first verified creator on that platform. Content output formed the operating system of the thesis: research pieces, weekly TX Talk episodes via the SuperLedger Podcast, and daily institutional-grade analysis on Smart Tokens, ISO 20022, and RWA mechanics.
Looking Forward
Year One established the category, the ownership structure, the educational engine, and the verified public record. The work ahead is scaling that foundation: deeper liquidity, full realization of educational modules, continued interoperability, and high-level partnerships that embed the cultural layer into the RWA operating system itself.
We do not claim $MART will be the largest memetic asset by market capitalization. We claim something more durable: that it will remain one of the clearest examples of how culture can serve as the adoption layer for compliant, programmable finance.
