Is $MART self-custody, or does an exchange hold it for me?+
When you hold $MART in the TX Super App wallet, you hold the private keys. It's self-custody — nobody, including the $MART team or TX, can move your funds without your seed phrase.
What happens if I lose my seed phrase?+
There's no recovery path. Self-custody means full ownership and full responsibility — write your seed phrase down offline, store it somewhere safe, and never type it into a website or support chat.
Will anyone from the team ever ask for my seed phrase?+
Never. No legitimate team member, moderator, or "support agent" will ever ask for your seed phrase or private keys. Treat any such request as a scam and report it.
TX Smart Tokens
What makes a token a "TX Smart Token"?+
Smart Tokens on the TX Network carry built-in compliance flags, permissioning, and contract extensions, and they support ISO 20022 messaging — the same standard banks use — so they can interoperate with both crypto rails and traditional finance.
Why does ISO 20022 compatibility matter for onboarding?+
It means the wallet, transfers, and settlement you're using inside the TX Super App are built to plug into regulated financial messaging, not just crypto-native rails — that's a core part of what makes TX a finance-first Layer-1.
RWA Tokenization
What is RWA tokenization?+
Real-World Asset tokenization represents things like equities, commodities, real estate, or credit on-chain as tradable digital tokens, governed by smart-contract-enforced compliance rules.
Is $MART itself an RWA?+
No. $MART is a fixed-supply, fair-launch community token — the educational and cultural layer of the TX ecosystem, not a tokenized real-world asset. It's classified as a SEC 33-11412 Digital Collectible.
